Ordering Information

Minimums

Opening order is $100. Minimum reorder is $150. To order, simply fill your cart and checkout. Upon shipment your credit card will be charged and shipping charges will be detailed on your invoice.

Price

Listed prices are wholesale (U.S. dollars). Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

Terms and Payment

Terms are 30 days on approved credit unless otherwise stated. First orders are credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx or Discover) and are subject to approval. Credit applications may be submitted for Net 30 terms for subsequent orders. Please allow 2 weeks for credit approval. Past due balances are subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month. Chronically late accounts will lose Net 30 terms and be required to use credit card or send Proforma checks for subsequent orders. There is a $25 service charge for returned checks.Third-party online sales through Amazon, eBay, Etsy and the like are prohibited.

Shipping

Freight charges are billed to the customer with the merchandise. Orders are shipped from Paso Robles, California cheapest/best way. Please allow 2-3 weeks.

Zip Code Protection Policy

The Mincing Mockingbird, Inc. offers zip code protection for up to 1 mile from a retailers brick and mortar location. To be protected under this policy, retailer must have reached a minimum in sales of $750 within the past 6 months.

4-day Work Week

The Mincing Mockingbird has implemented a four day work week to give our employees a healthy and positive work/life balance. Any orders that come in after hours on any day before an observed weekend starts, can expect slightly longer than normal response and shipping times.

Cancellations

Freight fees will be charged on orders cancelled after shipment. A $10 restocking fee is charged to orders that are cancelled after leaving our warehouse. 

Collections 

Outstanding invoices may accrue finance, collection, court, and/or attorney’s fees. Accounts turned over to collection are subject to a $75 reinstatement fee.

Returns 

No return of merchandise will be accepted and no credits issued without The Mincing Mockingbird’s previous consent. The Mincing Mockingbird must be notified within 10 days of receipt of any incorrectly shipped orders or defective goods. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for refused or returned merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in salable condition. Credit will not be given for items returned without prior approval.

Claims 

Any damages or shortage claims must be received no later than 10 days from receipt of order. Notice of loss or damage must be given to the carrier immediately. All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection.

Backorders

Back orders under $50 will be marked “out of stock.” All back orders will be canceled after 60 days. To decline back orders, please state “No Back Orders” when placing an order.
